ATTENTION CARRIERS:

CERTIFICATION: I, certify under penalty of perjury that all information provided in this Application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that the subject vehicle/vehicles are fully equipped, inspected, and will be operated in accordance with New Hampshire State Law. Connecticut (CT), Maryland (MD), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), New York (NY), and Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) have all implemented fuel tax suspensions or fuel tax rate changes that affect 2022 IFTA reporting. If you purchased fuel and/or traveled in any of these jurisdictions during 2022, please see Important Notices on the IFTA website for more information on how to properly report these transactions on your IFTA returns.

The State of New Hampshire Motor Carrier Connect Portal is an online processing system allowing the Department of Safety Road Toll Bureau to manage the requirements of the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA). IFTA provides for the uniform administration of motor fuel use taxation for motor carriers operating in multiple member jurisdictions. This system has been designed to permit motor carriers to register for IFTA, order the IFTA license and decals, renew the IFTA license, file IFTA tax returns, make payments, and communicate with the Road Toll Bureau in a safe and secure electronic environment.

The Department of Safety Road Toll Bureau is here to assist you M-F 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM EST.
